Some shops have a sign out front. Baker's has a history.
Baker’s Diesel & Parts has been part of the Mena, Arkansas community for over 50 years. We started in the towing industry — which means our roots aren’t in a classroom or a dealership. They’re on the side of the road, in the field, and under trucks that needed to be fixed and back moving as fast as possible.
That background shapes everything about how we work. We understand what downtime actually costs a driver or a business. We know the difference between a repair that lasts and one that just gets a truck off the lot. And we’ve been doing this long enough that our reputation matters more to us than any individual job.
Locally Owned. Locally Rooted.
Baker’s is a family-owned shop. We’re not a franchise, not a chain, and not a corporate service center — we’re a local truck repair shop Mena AR that has built its name on consistent, honest work over more than five decades in Western Arkansas.
The customers who started bringing their trucks to us years ago are still our customers today. Their sons and daughters are our customers. The contractors, loggers, and fleet operators who built businesses in this region trusted Baker’s then, and they trust us now.
That’s not something you build with a marketing campaign. It’s something you earn over time — one truck at a time.
Commercial Truck Experience You Can Feel
Baker's isn't a light-duty repair shop that dabbles in diesel work. We're a commercial truck facility. Our technicians have hands-on experience with the heavy-duty equipment that real working operations depend on — semis, logging trucks, construction equipment, vocational fleets, and everything in between.
Our background in the towing industry gave us something most shops don't have: a front-row view of what actually breaks, what actually fails in the field, and what it takes to fix it right the first time so it doesn't happen again.
